How long does it take to receive the Rugelach after I order?
Online, Phone and Fax Orders placed Saturday through Monday will be shipped on or before Friday. Orders placed Tuesday through Friday will be shipped on or before the following Monday. More time may be required during the holiday season. Payment for Online Orders must be made at the time of the order by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).
Is my credit card information safe when I order online?
Ordering from Suzanne's Sweets is safe and secure. Our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard. It encrypts (scrambles) your personal information, making it impossible for a third party to intercept it.
Can I send Rugelach as gifts?
Of course! For the Rugelach of the Month Club, just fill out the gift card. To include gift cards for all other Orders, please e-mail us or call Customer Service, 914-301-5307. Please note: for Gift Orders to multiple recipients/addresses, each Order must be entered separately.
What if I would like the Rugelach delivered on a specific date?

What ingredients are in Rugelach?
My hand-rolled Rugelach is created from the finest, highest-quality, all natural ingredients: unbleached flour, sour cream, unsalted butter, salt, fruit preserves, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, chocolate. We never use additives or preservatives.
Can people with allergies to nuts have Rugelach?
Absolutely not. There are walnuts, pecans or peanuts in each piece, and they are baked in a commercial facility that is not nut-free.
How do I store the Rugelach? Can they be frozen?
Suzanne's Sweets Rugelach will last in its original packaging or special tin approximately 14 days. Freeze them, well wrapped, and they will last 6 months.
Do you cater events?
Yes! Delight guests with trays or baskets of Suzanne's Sweets Rugelach. Call to discuss additional ideas on what to serve at your next event. Special Orders can be placed only in Westchester County and Manhattan, New York and lower Connecticut.

Next Day and Saturday Delivery add $25.00 to standard charges
P.O. Addresses: Please add $5.00 per order in addition to our standard

AK and HI add $15.00. May take 1-2 days longer.
In the event of incorrect or incomplete address information, there will be an automatic $10 charge applied to your credit card to redirect packages, plus any additional shipping charges. Please supply us with any change of address information as soon as possible before an order is to be shipped. Please note: our guarantee does not apply when incorrect addresses are given.
